The Chisholm Trail
The Chisholm Trial is a new walking and cycle route linking North & South Cambridge. Follow the progress at Chisholm Trail - Greater Cambridge Partnership. While working on this ongoing project, we are very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. North Chippenham Infrastructure Works

MOD Kineton Car Park
This project involved installing drainage, kerbs and road construction for our client on 2 miles of infrastructure road for a large new build residential development in North Chippenham. We successfully completed and it’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring client satisfaction.
Guildford Multi-Story Car Park
The Guildford Multi Story car park is a re-generation of an existing car park and then building a brand new multi story car park next to Guildford Train Station. We were employed here to do the groundworks and everything up to ground floor slab level.
M4 Westbound at Reading
The M4 Westbound near Reading was slipping down the batter. Here we were employed to remove whole batter over a 300m length and re-instate, ensuring the correct compaction techniques wereused and tested accordingly.
A421 Salford Road
The A421 Salford Road is a road improvement scheme designed to reduce conjestiona and i prove traffic flow. Here we were emplyed to widen the off slip verge, install new drainage, new kerb lines, new traffic island and ducting.
Manor Farm, Ely, Cambridge
This contract was awarded to Civil Wise to install a haul road access, new swale and settlement pond for the Phase 4 works to Manor Farm housing site in Petersfield, Ely, Cambridge. While working on this project, we were very cautious about the existing environmental impacts and public interface due to the existing housing site and the location of the haul road. We worked together with the client in order to manage these risks while keeping the job on buget and time.
A120 Rest Area, Great Dunmow
The A120 Rest Area contract was awarded to us by our client Eurovia. This project was taken on to refurbish the rest area and give it a bit of modernisation and uplift. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired, on budget and programme.
Tim Horton's
This project was taken on with very short notice. This contract was awarded to Civil Wise to install all of the external works, to a strict programme, in time for the opening day.
